The meat was fresh and came frozen. I was very pleased with the packaging of the frozen meat. Will definitely order again.

I purchased Beef Liver, Beef Heart, and chicken livers.My order came fast and was still frozen. Grocery store meat does not compare to the meat purchased from grass feed animals from local farmers.

This beef is my go-to for my occasional beef cravings. Stir-fry, lean burgers and ground beef for recipes, this is the only beef I use. Delicious!

Our whole family said this was the most delicious roast ever. We really enjoyed it and love all Cotton Cattle products.

Served for Christmas dinner. The 8.5 pound fed 10 adults with ease. Even the most pickiest of meat eaters thought it was a great selection. I opted to reverse sear as suggested on the site link video from serious eats. I will get this again for sure.

Excellent bird! Pretty well handled (just a few skin tears) and most giblets included (but sadly, not the liver). Another lovely Thanksgiving.

Best turkey ever! We dry-brined it for a day & put a compound butter with herbs under the skin before roasting. Absolutely delicious.
